Is it possible to do CPA + IG for example Adult Niche and that legal? Because it spam is not allowed etc..

Legal ? There's no legal reason why not.

If you mean does it infringe on their T&Cs, that's a different matter.
 
I believe that is what the OP was asking about, if IG would mind it and ban the account.
 
Many marketers are already doing that already on IG.
You can read their terms and make your own conclusion.
 
Nothing is legal what we do, You can find some sort of law statement which render it not allowed or illegal so just relax and do the work.
 
Unless youre in a country where pornography and similar things are forbidden adult cpa should be completely legal. It most likely breaks IGs TOS, but the worst that can come from that is an account ban.

Ummmm your kidding yourself. That doesnt mean its ILLEGAL. They likely got a Cease and Desist for breaking their TOS and then if they continued to run the site they would of been sued so instead of being sued they shutdown. That doesnt mean theyll go to jail for it that means they'll have to pay for Infringing the TOS and not adhering to the C&D.
