If you're only running 1 account, then running it from your home computer and Internet connection is fine, unless you have an issue with leaving the computer for long hours then I would suggest getting a vps. But typically, users who only run 1 account don't bother.. it wouldn't really be worth the money imo. As far as the delay in the scraping, I'm not sure about that one. I've never experienced it.
I put just 1 minute. I am afraid that if I just put 0 it will go without stopping at all till the our limit.
To be honest, I'm running the software constantly for around nine months now without a schedule and never had any trouble getting accounts restricted.
What you're saying is true, and I try to reiterate that to people alot.. but they feel since their accounts haven't gotten banned yet that it's safe. Knock on wood, but you see how they were banning mass accounts last week and hitting people with ev/pv's like crazy.. that goes to show they're continually working on their bot detection.. and just because they're letting you live now, doesn't mean you can't/won't wake up one day and your accounts be deceased.
