[Help] Legal Issues Regarding OGAds

So basically I am getting some consistent money everyday on OGAds through IG accounts.

I am planning to scale this up big time, and this brings a bigger concern to my mind.

Is it possible to get into a big legal problems by promoting offers such as free followers, gift cards, clash royale coins, etc? Since nothing is given to the people that waste their time completing the offers.

If the answer is YES, would there be anyway to do all this legally? Because as an example if I create a marketing company and I send an invoice to OGAds with some kind of subject on it, I might aswell say that money comes from marketing strategies for OGAds or something. Which at the end of the day is what we are doing, sending traffic to their content lockers.

Any ideas?

Need to be clear with all website statements (nowadays anyway cus of gdpr)

Also make a disconnection between your page and any incentive offer they choose on their own discretion following terms of that offer

If you get money telling people they will get something they finally do not get , not matter if it is ogads or any other platform, you are not giving what you promised .
If you just become and information source and direct them to that offer , the problem is from the people running the offer.
As above drugun said, state your policies and make a copy of this landing pages just in case.

To your question, now a days internet is a source of income for many , you can look in your contry how they deal with that for sure will be an option, in mine there is .

If not, just register as marketing agency.
