I posted 2000 copyrighted videos with my affiliate link to tubesites using a bot

So I was doing some research on affiliate marketing with Chaturebate a few days ago, and decided I wanted to dive into it. After doing some research I chose to target the tubesite "spankbang.com" because they had a unique way to upload videos, they had an option to upload videos by URL, Which meant I didn't have to download and upload videos and saves time.

I got to work programming a bot using python, BeautifulSoup, and selenium frameworks. Pretty much it just scrapped a site called "YesPornPlease.com" and could copy thousands of HREF Links and Titles in seconds, which was all I needed to upload to spankbang since I could upload with URL.

I started off small, uploading only 20-40 videos on a daily basis, Which got good results 80% of my videos got put on trending which resulted in good traffic. Then, I got a little greedy. I was like "Fuck it I'll post 2000 HIGH quality videos today" so I did. It took the bot about 3 hours to upload 1700 videos to spankbang.

At first I was happy with the results, I was gaining a lot of traffic and started gaining traffic. Then I started getting messages from the copyright owners and they weren't happy. Some said they were going to get my information from spankbang and sue me if I didn't stop posting. I immediately deleted the account that I uploaded 2000 videos to, just to find out that deleting my account didn't delete the videos and instead locked me out of my account, making it impossible to remove them.

Do you think I'm fucked? Is spankbang sending goons to my house in the darkness of night to send me to prison?

Should have used Off shore VPS to do uploading to avoid trace, ask the tubsite directly to take down the content.

If they really wanted they can pursue a lawsuit.

Highly doubt they will but just be prepared to state your case/settle outside of court (tell them you will never upload their content again)

I sent the tube site a direct request to take down all videos uploaded. After I deleted my account it's saying that the videos are by anonymous, I don't know if that means they aren't linked to me anymore though.

Most companies have huge legal teams just for this.

Some companies are even strictly dedicated to copyright lawsuits.
Being they have some super old license/copyright/patent. And no longer make money of the object but lawsuits.

Hell of a system we live in

No, my bot just copied and pasted links from another tubesite. I never even downloaded a single video.
 
But you put your domain name on them? watermarked? or just text on title for description?

I'm no lawyer, but that might make a difference.

Right now it's increasing about a click per minute at 300 total. Whats weird is I've deleted my account but videos are still being uploaded to the site, and it doesn't show who's posting them.
 
I'm not saying you are but if this is a covert sales thread to gain interest in that bot of yours I have to admit it would be rather clever of you lol..
Of course, again, not saying that this is that.

The bot is a pain in the ass to setup, if you want I can make it open source and post it for everyone. However I did not write the program with others in mind so it's very difficult to translate.
 
2000 videos uploaded just in 3 hours? Your internet speed is damn fast lol
