how to rank on 1st page

dear all,

I am new here on this black hat SEO world forum, however, I've been into SEO industry for more than 4yrs already, I come here to ask for your help on how I can rank this keyword for this website:

keyword: mod edit
url: mod edit


I am really desperate now in spite of doing white hat link building strategies.

my strategy as of the moment is updating the website blog regulary and cleaning the 404, crawl errors of the website however the rank is still on 2nd to 3rd page and I can't rank it on the 1st page.

please help me on what ways I can do for this. the website is in drupal which is a hindrance for me but i do not have time to redesign and change it to WordPress.

as per our boss, if we got that keyword to be on top 1st page of Google, business will change. btw, we are in Dubai, SEO here is not that really updated. they really into rankings not leads, conversion at all.

I guess you can use few blackhat techniques just to give your stats a bit of a nudge. But just make sure you do it with caution. With whitehat techniques, it really does take a while to see real results. But once the results are there, you can definitely be assured that they are there to stay (with continuous work and effort, of course).

White hat seo= takes lot of effort + takes lot of time + suck money=> too slow

no matter how nutty the boss is unless he owns google, indexing can take 2 to 8 months on any indexed link.

any keyword can be seo to the top you need to understand auditing a website that it.

a lot of keywords might cost a lot of money to be indexed and kept at number 1 , you dont just get there and it stays there , loads need to be done to keep at a indexed poststion.
