Bought 2 cards, at first didn't work but turned out to be a problem on my end. Seller was so kind to replace both, most others would have told me to buy a new one!

Also had issues creating DO account but seller helped me and showed a lot of patience with many back and forth messages from me till it was finally solved...this is an outstanding provider, will be back for a lot more

i guarantee you this is not a scam. are you talking about a message "access denied" when trying to log in? are you trying to log in with lastpass? because I had the same issue, and it turns out that for some reason last pass saves some username, but you can only log in with your registered email. try again with email or check typos.
