Hi,

I recommended your services to a friend based on all the positive reports here.

However they have contacted me and are not happy - after opening a support ticket to ask if payment for a VCC can be made by a prepaid US Visa Gift [funded to $100] card they got a reply that it was and were given a payment link. The prepaid US Visa Gift card is being used because Paypal is no longer accepted.

When my friend followed the payment link and entered all the payment details [of the Prepaid US Visa Gift Card] this was rejected by your payment agent.

When this information, together with a screenshot of the rejection screen, was sent to your support they simply closed the ticket [no reply]

Then my friend opened another ticket, as follow up, and the support reply asked for confirmation that payment for the VCC was being made by a US Visa Prepaid Card this was confirmed two days ago and since then silence.

Crypto currency is not an option so can/do you accept payment for VCC's via US Prepaid Cards ?

Looking forward to a mutually satisfactory outcome

@OnFire25 - I am sorry but we don`t accept this; Your friend opens other tickets with the same question; we explain many times we can NOT accept that kind of cards, I see no reason to explain the same thing over and again after explained him as well.

Only debit card payments and Bitcoin, we accept as we mention many times on our thread for a while.
