Questions on Pinterest. Need Help

Hi, I'm trying to understand Pinterest and I need some help fellas.

1) I checked some weight loss people and they seem to get 4 million monthly visitors and have 8K followers only (pic A), 2 million visitors and have 2K followers (pic B) and 351K visitors and have 6K followers (pic C)

2) I want to know that do these people put the number like 4 million visitors themselves just to increase engagement and for getting followers OR Pinterest is the one putting the correct stats by themselves?
And with 4 million visitors, that women have 8K followers? How legit is that tho?

3) How many accounts can I put on one phone number for two-factor authentication? Like 3-4 accounts for one phone number OR 1 phone number for 1 account? I will be signing up with email but want to add phone numbers for two-factor security.
A couple of days ago I got an SMS for inserting code into twitter account and I was like wtf? I was not even online. I didn't do anything, then I saw the news that some twitter accounts were compromised. Damn, if I didnt had 2 FA on twitter..... I would have lost my very targeted niche usernames.

Please help me out on this.

Those figures are not uncommon at all. I have several accounts in the millions, however that is impressions not clicks. Followers have little to nothing to do with it. it's all about pins and how much they get shared and seen. It does not in any way mean this guy.girl is getting 4m clicks. I can get an account to 4m impressions in no time.

There is no set number. I have a couple dozen accounts. I have never used proxies but it all depends on what you are doing with those accounts. I suspect if i crossed the line with one it would effect them all. it also depends what you promote, how you promote, how much you promote. If you do other functions with the accounts. You want them to look real and you also want to take it easy with them in the beginning.

All you need to know is Pinterest is an awesome place for promoting ecomm products or lifestyle products. What is it that you are promoting by the way? is it in the weight loss niche?
