[Question] How can a programmer earn money as a freelancer?

I started my journey as programmer 3 years ago, i learned a lot about programming currently i'm able to code in C#, PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, i built in the past a lot of applications and i sold few of them , the problem now i just lost the motivation for making more software because i don't get any benefit from it anymore, i mean yes that what i love to do as a fulltime job but i can't keep this up if no one is buying my applications, i'm just an individual developer i don't have a team or something like that, i used to work with people in the past but it turned that i'm the only person who actually do the work.
I tried to sell my services on some websites like fiverr ... but i got stuck on the account approval because i'm not from US, and my degree won't get accepted in those sites.
If you know something other then what i already tried i will be thankful.

I've hired programmers from freelancer.com. The problem many face when trying to get work from that website is that you're going to have to take jobs for _WAY_ lower than you normally would at first just to get good reviews. Then you can start upping your price. I see workers bidding on things for so little there, I feel bad for them sometimes. The struggle is real. But with programming knowledge you should be able to obtain jobs pretty easily. Maybe even try weworkremotely.com

Thank you all, currently i'm not broke or something i have a computer repair shop which something i enjoy doing too but i just wanted to get extra money from my apps, i think i will move to the next level which is mobile apps, that would be easier since i know c# i'l will work with Xamarin.

0day.1337, mobile gaming is heavily saturated and people who play games don't like ads in it. Think twice on this niche. Even lock screen wallaper apps have more potential for ads than gaming (speaking for small scale developers)

Why not shoot a how to repair xxxx - xxxx laptop like videos and upload to youtube?
So for every laptop repair, you will have one video.
Plain, clean background will help your videos rank higher.

There is literally a million ways of making money on the internet if you know how to code
Maybe what you need is to toarn how to make money so you start seeing things diferent.
Also if you can make webapps you should be swiming on money if you are somwhat skillfull
