sorry but most programmer are part of a forum in there chosen programming skill .
they get contacted for freelance work a lot .
i was into php and mysql when i use to help others on the forum i was flooded with work all the time .
if you help others in your skill your eventually get good name then work comes running in like rain.
in programming word by mouth is the best advertising in the world .
give your skills for free and then wait for recomended jobs .
the only other way advertise yourself or go and look online for posted jobs and bid for the price to get them.
