Actually, there is a working method I just found it by accident, I don't really want to make it public because I can lose my account, but PM me and I will share it, if I get stripe atlas then I will share it publicly.

I've been using Stripe for almost 2 years, registered with this method. Have an EIN that I got via phone call and it is verified, but now I received a new e-mail from stripe:

Thanks for using Stripe! We're excited to have you on board, and just need to collect a bit more information to ensure we can continue sending payouts to your bank account[1].

Don't worry: you'll still be able to charge payments. As soon as we are able to successfully verify your account, we will immediately resume transfers to your bank account.

In order to get your Stripe account fully up and running, we need to have you upload a scan or photograph of a government-issued photo ID via the Dashboard. (We weren't able to verify your identity based on the information you provided upon setup.)

Now I don't recall uploading a photo ID before (im from Europe). I wonder what to do now? Upload my european ID, i will be banned from Stripe?

this is not working anymore.
They have strict laws to identify accounts now.
If you are non resident of US and have an EIN number with an LLC, you can type 9999 to the last 4 digit of SSN.
The 9999 solution is from the stripe official online upport.

As far I know, (for other mates) Stripe is not taking more virtual bank accounts like Payoneer. The process of create an account is relatively easy, and the LLC can be made from any online service. The more difficult is get an US bank account remote for the LLC.
