This is what TextNow sends, when your number is about to expire: "Don’t forget to send a message or call one of your contacts to make sure you don’t lose your number." And i'm guessing those are paid functions, so practically you need to pay, if you want to keep the number.
Groove IP numbers can expire too.

Thanks for that, it's helpful actually.
Getting free points can be done by watching free videos(usually 25secs or just spend at least $2 and have many points...as long as you keep it active here and there, I believe one is good to go.

Best Solution is "Stripe Atlas", by this program: Stripe will setup your Business (Delaware C Corporation), EIN, Silicon Valley Bank, and US Stripe Account.

You are right, stripe atlas is the best solution...obviously, the best solution is to go for an LLC, which costs $500 with stripe atlas, the cheapest and others go for between $800-3000 depending on what you are getting.
Like I did mention, this is blackhat and can get you blocked. It's a short term thing to get you rolling long term with an LLC

At this moment Stripe Atlas only Support "Delaware C Corporation" but not LLC.

I was one of the first to get approved on Stripe atlas. Not sure how can one send an invitation though.
As for rules you get everything from stripe. Tax policy I, for now, didnt have to pay as they didn't care (said to pay in my country). There is however lawyer yearly fee to represent company for $100 and federal tax which is usually $400 in delaware.

Only $500 TAX you are paying for C Corp in Delaware? Do you Submit any TAX Return Form to IRS?
As far as I know, Income earned by a corporation is normally taxed at the corporate level using the corporate income tax rates shown in the table below:
