Buddy double verified youtube will allow you to upload vedios length more than 15 min.

While single pva do not allow longer vedios.

Buddy Yes it is a youtube channel but for single verified, youtube do not allow you to upload vedios length more than 15 min..

For longer vedios you will require double phone verification of youtube account.
