Good job! I always thought true this or not to make this amount of profit as in tutorials on youtube ;)

Hi Guys,

Finally, the days came true.

I can't actually believe this is happening. I Started on BHW about 3 years ago, and after reading methods for a lot time I thought that I was ready to start and decided to create an account. Tried everything! CPA, Adsense websites, monetizing Instagram, I even fell for the "1000$ per month micro niche sites" and bought 5 of them straight away, thinking I was going to make a lot of money. But I was so wrong, nothing worked. Tried several times and nothing worked.

I found out that you always need to have more than just motivation, you need passion to pursue something. And still to this day, I don't know anything about SEO, or how to rank a website, or about a lot of things that are talked in this forum. Because I came here because of the money. I anxious to make money, but didn't put the effort to learn the skills that I actually needed to learn.

Later on, I found out about Dropshipping and e-commerce. That really caught my attention. With shopify it was so easy to start an e-commerce because you don't even need the coding skills, and with dropshipping barely needed a big investment!

So I chose a niche, which is something that I really like, I didn't even care if it was something saturated or not. It's just easier to work with something you like. I had 2 stores before this one, the first didn't work, the second made 500-1000 per month for 3 months and I ended up selling it on flippa and Started doing e-commerce services on fiverr. I needed a bigger investment. I wanted to create my brand, put my tags on my products. So the money from flippa and fiverr allowed me to buy a few products in advance and labeling and packing them myself, with my brand name.

If you want clients to buy from you, as a new e-commerce, remember 3 key points you need to have:

QUALITY PRODUCT + PROFESSIONAL LOOKING STORE + GREAT MARKETING

I didn't do this in 2 days, I did it in 6+ months, while I tried and failed, I was building an Instagram. And I all my marketing was made with my Instagram page and shout outs. Now I am ready to take over facebook.

Don't give up guys, remember you are learning while you are failing and you are closer than you were yesterday.

Some final key tips:

1. Knowledge of your targeted products, you have to know about the product and how to sell that.

2. Build information about your brand (about us page, domain+email, shipping and returns policy)

3. Don't be afraid to mark up your poducts. (My products have 200% to 300% mark up)

4. Do a profit and Loss document, keep track of all your expenses and profits.

5. Make sure you do a research of the demand of the product.

6. Analysis your sales funnels & setup in a perfect ladder.

Any questions, please ask in this same thread. it will help us all pick the success path.

I hope you will get better achievements in the future.
Thanks for the business idea!

Congratulations!
It'd be great if you could answer some questions:

When you moved from dropshipping to branded stores, what were the major differences between the two strategies?
Also, for your branded stores, Do you ship world wide?
Do you ship the products yourself (manually)?
Where do you hold the inventory?
