although I'm not in the dropship business, this is very motivating, keep it up, congratulations, a question you need to buy some dropshipping list like the ones from salehoo? or did you investigate good providers on your own?

Everything is different because you are doing branding, you make the decisions about the product when it comes out of the wholesales or factory.

Yes I ship worldwide but not to every country.

I ship the products myself and I have a local place to store the products. But there are solutions of storage, shipping, management and costumer service if you want to outsource. Just google it.

I really don't know what that is. I set up a store and social accounts, started advertising through those and sending products to bloggers.

Also, If you don't mind answering, where are you sourcing the products for your brand stores from?
And when you first started your brand store, did keep local inventory in the early stages as well? If so, how did you decide the quantity of the inventory that you were going to hold?

Sorry I an't say where my products come from. I started buying slowly.
 
How long was it before your Facebook pixel was really well developed? When did your site really take off? I tried a general store just to test some stuff and it didn't go too well unfortunately.. maybe I need to try again but with a narrow niche and develop a strong brand.

I have a question for you.. How do you cope with long delivery times and returns? I mean, I tried dropshipping, I even ranked for some variations of my main Keywords but I couldn't figure a way to be 100% legal and right with returns or people issues. Therefore, I decided to totally refund peoples that wanted to return something and let them keep the item as well. What is your strategy on this?

That's why I quickly changed to my own with branding. The delivery time is the worst part of dropshipping. I Got a lot of orders, had probably about 3 or 4 refunds in 100 orders and as soon as I could I quit dropshipping.

But there are several dropshipping sources. You can google and you will find some that have fast shipping. It depends a lot on what you want to sell.
 
Lol at a lot of the replies here. People can't even be bothered to read the entire thread before posting (although why bother since 50% of the replies are "whats yer niche durrrr"...

Everyone wants a magic bullet to make them money with no work.
 
Yes very motivating. I have ideas to sell products with shopify on instagram, and to run some pay per click/download strategies with Instagram. After learning some techniques and seeing this post, I now know instagram is the next step for me to capitalize. My business is great but I need it to be the greatest.
