Totally appreciate your reply, I still love the panel for the low prices.. especially back in the old days where the customer service responses on the ticket were helpful enough to sort us out. At this point, other than Jessica, Gaia and Sarah, the rest of them aren't really helpful at all, it's either they don't read what we have requested help for.. or they simply tell you that they can't cancel it.

I am honestly not speaking for myself but for the rest of the resellers here who have their customers stressing them out.. with a huge row of paypal refund request and complaints..

Some of our new customers for 2018 who are buying from us are seeing these siginficant drops and the auto refill isn't really working out sometimes, i have no idea why.. and this eventually becomes a ripple effect.. we loose our customers.. you loose more purchases from us too..

Bottomline, you still have my 150% support! Always love J.A.P

Would you kindly please implement some of following functions :

1) The ability for us to cancel some of those drip-feed orders so we can sort them out and place a bigger order whenever a customer renew.
2) Email notification upon the completion of each auto-likes order
3) The ability to cancel the order after it has been stucked at pending for more than 24/48 hrs

Other than that, I still believe in J.A.P and it will never be silenced, that's for sure!

We learn that we fall sometimes to stand up back stronger.

We are always working hard to keep the services great for everyone, we always are doing contests to help you win money too (latest one on Christmas, we gave away 5000$ to 10 lucky winners).

Lots of complaints on this thread interspersed with suspicious reviews from new members. Seller has one week to resolve all these outstanding issues, otherwise the thread will be closed.

I totally agree that they should refund back their clients with money back to accounts. All these good reviews are just fake. 10 days back i orderer retweets from instant-fans and they failed to deliver and just deleted their service so that customers are not hassled. I opened an account with JAP to order about 7 days back and saw that they claimed to be the cheapest and if we had a service cheaper than them then we should just give the link and they will match the price. I gave the link of Instant-fans for retweets @2.2$ against JAPs 3.3$ and they actually increased the rate to 5$ saying that due to twiiter updates RTs are more expensive now and confirmed that their RTs are working fine. I still wanted to order as client was waiting and transferred 20$ through Paypal as any other payment mode is not possible from India. I ordered the RTs and they kept cancelling it for 2 days. The client cancelled the order and my 20$ are stuck with them. If their RTs were not working they shouldn't have falsely claimed. And if they have false claims they should return the money to my PayPal. And yes JAP i saw your long message about competitors trying to give negative reviews here and its all bullshit. I have all the record of our support tickets and i can send the screenshots here. The clients with a long list of order complaints with order numbers cant be fake. The positive reviews you are trying to fake should be removed instantly though. @JustAnotherPanel pls return my hard earned 20$ username- manishb

I've been using JAP for awhile. In the beginning it was fine and then a little later on, I really needed to state my case firmly to get a refund. It's almost frustrating as I'm a reseller and if they can't deliver nor issue refunds, I'm losing money.

I know you guys are overwhelmed, but I'd really like you to look into ticket: 14788336
I placed an 10,000 instagram follower order 8 days ago. 8 days... and it hasn't been moving at all. I should be allowed a refund. It's insane that you are refusing to issue it.

I am so done with them that i want refund back to paypal. Has anyone got refund back to their source from them?

I agree, the seller is trying to hide our complaints by offering noobs 1$ as funds on the panel in return of saying that this panel is good. and honesty this is no longer a good panel .

I bet these are not for 1 dollar credits. They are just fake accounts. Check that all of them have Indian names and are just newly created with only 1-2 messages. I think they have started another service too- Fake reviews on forums, 5$ for 1000 reviews. Non drop. Drip feed. LOL
