Could be worth shitlisting over. From the amount of complaints in this thread, you might have a case.
I've been trying to get an order finished for 2 days. They keep cancelling it (4 times now). If you guys can't fulfill these services, stop advertising for them. I don't have time for this BS.

Subscribers do not work for 4 days, they write to me that all my orders are active and they will be completed, as soon as time passes my orders are canceled and the money is returned to the balance. IF YOU DO NOT WORK THESE SERVICES, DISCONTECT THEM. DO NOT ENTER PEOPLE FOR MISSING, I AM FOR YOU LOST A LOT OF CLIENTS AND MONEY WHO I WILL RIGHT? HORROR

I think the most challenging part of using this panel.. would be the rule that states :
" PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A TICKET ASKING US TO START QUICKLY YOUR ORDER, OR WHY NOT STARTED YET BEFORE 24 HOURS BEING PASSED! "

From a reseller's perspective, many of us have orders that requires them to be started within the 6 hour period.. because the clients are too used to the speed of how we have delivered from the past. Furthermore, when it comes to issues like IG Stories and IG Live.. some of them are not started after a long time and we just get the common robotic replies from the support that it is sent to the server and will be starting shortly. Then the support replies 6 hrs later and 6 hrs later again.. and in the end the order gets stuck in processing without anyone canceling it until we address it on to the forum and our kind sir from justanotherpanel will cancel it.
I do hope you are able to solve this issue by allowing the cancel button to be available for us..
I would say that even the IG Followers on dripfeed.. sometimes when it is not working or when a client wants to change the drip number and add more followers, we can cancel and make adjustments.
I hope my request is heard, thank you.

My ticket number 53282 & 53283 is yet to be solved, for all the tickets raised I am getting a templated response that it is being refilled, but nothing is been done.If you cant provide the service, please refund and move on professionally as we can get things by others rater than receiving false promise that it is being refilled etc, which is not true.

I'm with same problem, bot answears via teckets.
Same "will refill, please be patience" or "we're canceling it fot you"...
My clients used to have fast services too and now it's a loooong time to get 100 Instagram Brazilian followers, for example.
I don't know what's going on, I'm afraid SMM world end with this bad services and support.
It's too simple, hire people and give us a good support with real answers and analysis of our orders cases...
