Being using Jap for quite sometime now , spent over $600. All I can say is they have the cheapest price on market, yeah sometimes it's slow and orders aren't processed like they should be but I can't complain due to such low prices. I'm only using them for Instagram and 90% of the orders are delivered instantly. Overall I'm quite happy with the service

disaster. I used Instagram Followers [22K] [REAL] [R30] ️ service. I thought it was good because it usually started after a minute. I started to selling this to 6-7 people and then it ended up in a mess. Followers started to drop instantly after purchase and I had no other choice to refill ist manually with purchasing even more follower. I used this service before Instagram Followers [10K] [R60] [NON DROP] [BEST SERVICE] ️? and it was very good (fast & reliable + refill button & good price) but it's gone since few days so.

300+ followers dropped from a 2500 order after just 2 hours of completion. (13807396)
Request refill to support but it will take at least 24/48 hours for the refill to process, sometimes it doesn't at all.


Instagram Followers [40K] [REAL] [R30] ️♻

speed is around 400/900 per 24 hours although it states 5k/10k per day. I processed a 10,000 order (13646127) and a 5,000 order (13646152) and have had to send a full refund to both this customer and a few others because the speed has been rock bottom, no refund/cancellation or even partial allowed as support states. Really lost a lot of money on this one

what to check by your self...if in your service title say instant...refill..etc...people dont need to check ..they buy that service...if dont delivery what service title says...this is SCAM ...you take people money for a service ...but you dont delivery what you promise...SCAM..if all panel have problem its not your right to SCAM people...

Hey it was a user who replied and not me! I have replied to the client with sending me the order IDs 90% of the time the service is instant but we do state that it can take up to 24 hours for an order to start in case of an overload or a problem, as for refill, tell me when we didn't refill any of the mentioned services?

JAP is absolutley the best, no other SMM can compete with JAP services and especially the speed it's unbelievably fast

UPDATE. Order 13646152 (5000 follower) completed after near 3 days. I don't mind I am just glad its finished. Order 13646127 (10,000 follower) still has 3500 remaining. The customer was already refunded but the speed seems to be creeping up a little to 2/3k per day.

Server Instagram Followers [22K] [REAL] [R30] ️ still has almost instant drops that will take a long time to refill, this needs to be fixed.

I would like to remind all who read this that JAP remains the best panel on the market. I only complain on orders occasionally, and it is only about 1 or 2% of my orders that have issues. The other 98% of the time order always go through smooth and fast. I want to take the time to thank JAP for being fantastic for the most part.

Hey we had a DDOS attack on our servers, and since most of panels buy from us, their services went off too.. Anyway we are getting the servers back up, fixed them now, but increasing the security before enable to prevent this to happen again, give us no more than 24 hours!

They are cancelled, but the dripfeed orders are just stuck there, why can't that be cancelled too? And at least tell me which servers are working so I can order from that server?

It has been 4 days and my clients are all mad at me for not being able to deliver the followers

Please help me out.... whoever that is in-charge, this is really unprofessional and should not be handled this way
