Help me Please: How to add adsense in php script

Hello,
I've this guestbook in php: 20min.idoo.com
and would like to:
1. Add adsense banners on the right and left side
2. Add 5 text links at the bottom of the pages.
How can i do that?
Please bear in my that i'm not a programmer although i've a small knowledge of html.

insert the php snippet in the right place.

echo "any html code you want to insert goes here";

?>

for the above to work, make sure you don't have any "-symbol in your html code. you can replace the "-symbols with '-symbols in the html
