Facebook ads + Paypal activated by vcc

Hey guys, i'm wondering if anyone had ever linked a Paypal account that has been activated by a virtual Card to Facebook ad account and it worked properly without any problems or getting flagged!

And if possible i wanna know if it's a good idea, if an ad account on a business account on Facebook got Flagged and i just add a new one since it gives the opportunity to have several ad accounts and link it With a Paypal activated with Vcc too!

Abdel it's possible to link your Paypal account to your Facebook ads account if your Paypal Account is activated by a real card which is what this guy did

my real card suspended by fb and the bank they dont provide more than one card thats why i m loocking for vcc work with fb
