About competitive - its up the competition - you need to find super easy keywords and have trusted Youtube channel.

Does it still give rankings in the interface? Ran a test around 20 minutes ago and still reporting position (not set) although the videos are ranking in youtube.

So you have to wait 30 minutes for get the results
(By the way, I check manuality and I see some videos ranked on first page on Youtube, even your niche is with good competition )
