Some orders haven't even started and I have been asking in the ticket the same thing for 3 days. They keep replying with "Re-fill started".

Resolve problems of services which you FUCK provide! Be responsible if your shit services not work! We bring you money with our reseller panales!

Here's a honest review for those who might be interested in this panel.
When I first starting using JAP, they mostly delivered what they promised. I really had no issues with it because THEY weren't having issues. With that, I mean once there is something up with the server and I ask support about it, I get a vague answer which basically leaves me hanging. I sell followers at a high price. People are paying ten folds, even more for followers from me and I can't deliver NOR do I have an answer to tell them why. I guess one word to describe using this panel is 'stressful'. I feel like I'm being persistent by constantly sending them support tickets, even though all of them are for valid reasons. Then I get the whole 'What am I going to tell my customer' or 'am I going to lose them' when support gives me nothing but 'added for refill' & 'Will check' but the order doesn't even budge in follower count. As of late, it just keeps dropping rapidly and that's not even Instagram followers but Twitter followers as well. I know the feeling of being overwhelmed with support tickets, I know the feeling of having issues that might be out of your hands but giving your customer a proper answer is a must or else it leaves them feeling frustrated. So the support here is lacking. Very. Their respond time is better than some but their answers are basically the same as not getting a reply back to be honest. I will, because in the beginning I only felt good things about JAP, keep using JAP on some services. But they really need to have better customer support.
