So before I write my review, I must tell you first that. 98% of the time this panel works FANTASTIC. It is the cheapest on the market for most services.
HOWEVER, for the occasional orders, there is serious problems.
Firstly, the support. They are polite and fast at responding, (typically 3 to 4 hours) but, they have very little use.
The panels policy states 'No Cancellations or refund' That's fair enough.. but BE WARNED - Even if their services DO NOT WORK, you STILL do not get your money back under any circumstances.
So you lose out twice! 1, because the customer does not receive any of their order and needs to be refunded, and 2, because the panel will take your money and provide you with nothing!
This particular order is in regards to the panels Twitter followers [Instant]. Both orders of 10,000 twitter followers were placed on the panel. After 48 hours - not a single follower was added and it was just stuck on 'Processing'
Attached is a screenshot of the customer service experience.
I have spent many hundreds if not thousands on this panel over the last 2 years - and I will continue to do so - but you would think i'd get a better sort of support than this by now. I guess not.
JustAnotherPanel, I eagerly await your response to this situation. I see you are very helpful on here, maybe you can help me more than your support team can. I do not require these orders to be completed now. I have had to use another panel to finish both these orders. Any compensation would be greatly appreciated.

30 days refill means that from day 1 to day 30 we will refill, after that period it's not on us anymore... the title is clear, sorry if you have faced a problem with it, but the worst cases we know about experienced 2-3% drop, check with who you bought followers before us for the 33% because i am sure it's not this service
