Issue with Follow Liker 9.7.5

I'm having a issue with Follow Liker. I've tried to solve it but i can't. This issue occurs every time I'm trying to start the bot. I've fixed the custom setting, filled in a account with the correct details (double checked) and all that stuff but when i press start it just loads in like 5 seconds and then stop. Here's a gif.

I would try contacting customer support. They managed to help me with auto unlocking my account. They respond within 24hours.
 
From what i could read, it seems you need to reset your license. if you had followliker installed on other computer, if you install in a NEW one, you need to reset license.
"Click Here", on the software, and you should receive an email to reset license to allow NEW pc
