What is the best way to find out when a celebrity has tweeted so that you can be the first to reply?

I'm talking any alert system like RSS, application integrated into Slack, smart phone alerts and so on; anything.

Impressions go up considerably when you are one of the first, if not the first, person to reply to a celebrity tweet.

I've got a list of accounts in mind, just wondering how best to get the alerts.

I think there's a bot online for that thing not sure thoe... I'm a lot on Tweetdeck so i have a list of "BIG" celebrities, when they tweet i reply within 5 seconds (Tweetdeck is in real-time) and being first reply is pretty easy.

You can try RSS feed but they're always delayed for couple of minutes (if you don't buy premium plan) then connect to auto-reply services, etc...

IFTT is best way to push notifications if you use iPhone. But you won't be first because its refresh frequency is 10 minutes.
There should be a better free solutions for Android.

Twitter tweet notifications are delayed atleast 5 seconds for big accounts.

Twitter tweet notifications are delayed atleast 5 seconds for big accounts.

Well, a bot would be ideal of course (gimme4free has a good one), people with bots will always beat you, if they're replying to the same celeb's tweet, no matter how fast are you. It's more like the human vs. sneakerbots battle.

I should've stated that I was hoping to achieve this without having to follow 1000s of Celebrities, but thanks for the instructions and suggestion anyhow.
