Part one of the update has been released. Releasing it in two parts since something else came up so going to be busy over the next few days. The v5.2 update switches both commenting and upvoting to browser-based. I'll add support for HTTP again later on (not in v5.3). Browser currently visible for testing/debugging, so open a ticket if there are any issues. Might improve delivery rates, but haven't confirmed.
The next update should be tomorrow, and will include fixes for the VNS, Video Scraper, and anything else that comes up. The private panel will likely receive its update tomorrow as well.

I was referring to the private panel, it does not work properly
Decided to keep the browser visible until the next update, which should be soon. Open a ticket with specific information if you're having an issue with commenting or upvoting.
v5.3 was released. Fixes multi-channel support, video scraping, and a few other things.

v5.4 brings back HTTP based commenting and upvoting. Planned on making both available at the same time, but temporarily removing the browser based option. Should be back soon. Also includes the fix for the VNS.

Ok, so I have 3 tickets "open" for like a week almost and 1 ticket opened for 2 days (ok, it was weekend). Now I can't even log into the private upvote panel dashboard. I tried with different browsers, with cookies cleaned etc.. I try to log in and the log in button does nothing. It doesn't say incorrect log in or anything, it just doesn't do anything.. it waits for like 30 seconds and then just reloads the log in page.
I would open a ticket for that... well I WILL open a ticket for that but as I see my last 4 tickets have been just ignored then.. yeah. one of the tickets was the panel not ranking comments btw. I know $150/month for 20 clients in total is not big money for YOU but for us, customers, paying $150/month for stuff that works some times, some times not and then not responding even to tickets... yeah.

I also sent a ticket and they did not answer me, a question, after the last update, how do you pay 150 usd? because now youtube comments is very difficult

Herion and his co-workers are total scammers if you ask me. I get it, they made ton of the money once upvote worked but when YT update happened, just give up on it mate, don't offer us some shitty panel to pay 150$/m in BTC with no refund policy. I gave those 150$ for something that does not work, from 500 i've got 30 upvotes.. meh.. Burned 150$ for nothing, didn't even received CB license for those 150$..
So if you can't find solution to provide high quality service all the time for your users just don't take our money for nothing because you're ruining your reputation and your further projects. To be honest next time i see something from you i won't buy it, because this shit with CB & Upvote Panel is really disgusting. This is my honest review of your service and everything about it. And people, don't even try this panel, it does not work, they won't answer tickets (i've wrote tons of it, all ignored).
