The threshold on the accounts is the same as any other ad accounts, but it's recommended to spend less than $500-$700 per day in order to avoid manual reviews.

Geo is Mexico, accounts are postpay but money must be sent ahead in order to make sure the cards are properly funded by the time FB bills

I've bought one account so far and I have to say everything's exactly as OP says. Now I'm about to spend and run some blackhat campaigns and see how the account reacts, but I've got all the help I needed from OP, he's always available, talked to him everyday since I bought the account. I'm really pleased with the service, the account couldn't be more "real". I'll be back to left a comment when I start spending so I'll have a better idea about the threshold, but yeah definitely it's a reliable service that delivers what was promised.

all the new ad accounts are highly monitored now for BH ads ,...the only way to run now BH ads is to use old atlest 1 year ad accounts..
