Losing followers Everyday! Need help....

Hey everyone,

I have a personal landscape/ travel account with 37.000 followers.
I archieved this with f/ uf and going viral with some of my own photos.

I stopped f/ uf like 3 months ago. Everything was cool - I still gained some new followers and the likes were good (3-5k likes).

But since 3 weeks I'm losing like 20-30 followers EVERYDAY!

Is my account slowly dying? Can I do something against this?

Please help me...

It's some kind of "dying". How old is your account? It is a mix of several things!
Old accounts may have a lot of ghost followers, which are not active.

Because of the Engagement Rates older accounts have some problems in hitting explore tab, which
is the only way to gain organic followers in bulk! Hashtag's or activity outsite from follow/unfollow
is just a very small follow per day!

If you used a bot, it may be a flag which "holds" your account. I think this happend to me also!

Besides that, instagram deletes a lot of bot accounts, which exists also in our followers.

These day's it's not very easy!

You should go into engagement groups of your niche and be very very active!
Also check, when your "followers" were active and try to arrange these stats with your posting time and
the time, where in your engagement groups are massive activities!

I let my 45k personal account like it is and start a new one, withouth bot and with a small, but active network!

@EvilBlack hit it spot on. Good advise. Most likely it's Instagram that is deleting bot accounts. Many of our accounts are losing followers. If you run your accounts correctly, you should finish the day off on a positive note.

I can see early in the morning the accounts that are losing followers. By the end of the day, I've been able to go from negative (on those accounts) to positive follower count.
You just have to make sure you gain more than you follow.

And like always, engage, engage, engage. Don't reinvent the wheel. Do what works.

My account is over 2 years old. I've never used any bots. I did f/ uf all manual - and stopped it like a few months ago.
I've been in engagment groups but they didn't work for me...

Yesterday my post went viral I think. At the moment it sits at 7k likes with 130 comments - I gained over 300 new followers from that.
I don't know what is wrong with my account. Like I said normally I don't gain new followers when I post something and my posts usually don't get that many likes.

It's like my account grows for a few days and then it stops for weeks/ months....it's crazy! Do you think I'm blacklisted or banned and so I don't gain new followers?

Should I start a new account?

Well, it's most probably IG deleting bots/inactive accounts, I had the same situation, it lasted for quite some time, after I started uploading more it got better. But still there are quite a lot of bots subscribing everyday..

I'm in the same position. Some of my accounts are over 600k but the growth rate has slowed down big time and the likes have dropped too. I guess this is just the way IG is now.

Some of my smaller accounts at 100k have stopped growing completely unless a post does really well. Sometimes it loses followers too.

wow 600k is so much man! I think the same as you, but I see so many accounts with like 10k followers that get like 3-5k likes and growing with 100-200 followers EVERYTIME! And these are legit users that never done any tricks to gain....

I don't know what is wrong with my account. Like I said normally I don't gain new followers when I post something and my posts usually don't get that many likes.

Are you using the same hashtags in every photos? Maybe, you are shadowbanned, it's not that simple to get followers organically.
