I have just downloaded it and the first impression is amazing! Using the tool now to unfollow users in one of my accounts as I play with the software a little bit

Yes, it is exactly what happened. But as I wrote, I am unsure if unfollow and follow should/can happen at the same time or if only one of the Modules should be active at the same time. To stay in the ''safe zone'' vs banning of IG.

You can enable both at the same time without problems. The randomly select an operation to perform when multiple are enabled, so no need to worry about that. But if wish to enable both you will need to change your settings so that it doesn't automatically disable and enable your modules.

Here's my review: Running this on my primary account aged account some years old

Downloaded the tool, had a lot of issues with initial install so it required me to repeatedly reinstall the tool.

Loaded a template, and switched up some of the numbers. I'd imagine the devs at IG aren't stupid so its better to play things safe than be sorry later.


After playing around with the tool for a good 30mins, I kind of understand how it works. Amazing for what it is, definitely going to be playing around with this in the future.

I don't have an issue with letting this program run in the background as im on the pc almost all day. Though every time I click on "optimization" the program crashes immediately . When I start it back up it begins to rescrape users based on my settings

Granted I don't really need the analytics portion as I have a few tools out there that already does this.

Having a short explanation when hovering over items helped a lot. Though still, I don't understand what some of the settings actually mean. Having a write up or even a short description with examples would help tremendously. I'd look at it as having to explain how to use this software to an 8th grader

Also in regards to scheduling I'd like for it to be randomize. I know its set from x to z hours, though a nice feature would be to further randomize the event. So for example the bot would begin Tues at around 8:00amish could be 8:15, 8:01,8:13- and end roughly at the specified time.

I looked at the bot, and fort my god there so much ways to make this the perfect ig bot, i like the design concept , also kepping it looking simple to understand even if you was a noob is brilliant.

As said buy the programmer, all the features are comming ,but first making sure each feature works as designing the new ig bot.

There loads of features need to be added.

1. Statistics , dont give up on the idea you got on statics , that perfect thinking, we all need stats to make sure we are following or getting follwed via correct users, makes business scence.

2. following , make sure you can only follow users that are not being already followed.

3. Accounts , when we add a account we usally add notes on a spread sheet of info like username email ip what the account for, a account note tab would be brilliant.

4. Massplanner had a way to see if your proxies was good enough to use with ig,
If you can get that same info via cheeking a ip would be fantastic , saves time, and keep peace of mind.

5.scrapping , i no you talked about scrapping , but there a need , many users want to be able to scrape users that have big followers accounts or scrape users via hashtag with big follower accounts , i think a nice slider design would look grate like from min-max .

6.Saving to a file.A lot of users would like a scrape implanted as said ,but also the abilty to Save the info to a file of all . Exstentions.

7. Forum
A place for all your users to go if there a buying customer of this app.

8. Templates are a very good idea for beginner to expert as each template can define different methods and settings of the ig bot.(( needs to be proven to your self ,so a template is worth adding to the forum, of the ig app.))

9.the abiltly to scrape images from a free image provider , search via niche and add a watermark on the image ,and abilty to post on there ig account there currently using.(( images would be downloaded to a folder withon the app....

10. A bult in short url service to access quickly on the bot, to use on there landing webpage.

11. Account followers , the ability to
Transfer all followers to another account.

12. On the forum you need a page ,to suggest what proxie providers work, and what account providers are good to use,And hosting and vps services.

I mean, everytime I interacted with an user, I saved a variable containing the source where the user was scraped. That way, I could check whick of my sources had the highest follow-back rate and which one was almost useless.

Good thinking , do you think your be able to get the app to find account users via niche but also the amount of followers they got so a user can add that follower via the follower numbers ...

Example i am looking for fishing and the app show all the accounts with fishing i can see all there follower info and pick the ones i am intrested in ...

The app only add the accounts i choose via the stas you provide

The grate huge accounts with heigh engagement with grate socail stats and heigh comnents and heigh views and heigh thumbs ...

These above accounts are the best if there was a way to scrape them and get them added to the app to get included with them your be on a real winner

Like we no stas are so important and the better the stats the better the accounts better the money can make ...

Hey there..loving the tool! it was working well for the past few weeks, but the last 2 days I've been having trouble following users..it continually scrapes but never actually follows. The unfollow module works correctly however. Any fixes?

Also, thanks for your review, appreciate it. I won't create a guide till the tool is released since portions of the tool may change till then, so there isn't much point to creating one now.

I like your third suggestion and will be adding that.
As for point 4, not sure how one would see if a proxy is good for Instagram since there is no way to access Instagram's internal DB of blacklisted proxies.

this is currently already being done: if you click on the "User Tracking" tab, you can view followed users and the filter and argument that was used. Also, you can see when they followed you back. Graphs are still to be implemented.

What the bot lacks is a reposting feature. You changed your stance from people spamming using your bot (when you took down the account creator) to people using it to grow white hat accounts. Gmt 2 is awesome but without reposting , it won't be use for people like me running 100+ accs

I just wanna say a big thanks to JJJackson, this tool is awesome for simple follow and unfollow. There are things that can be done to make it better but as for now It helps me a lot.

I found some practical problems with the new scraping method. I have set up several filters so my sources are splited up among them. But not all the accounts used as sources are huge and very active, so sometimes, it selects a filters that gives 0 scraped users. In that case, it should try to scrape users with a different filter, until it reach the ammount of users to follow during that round
Edit: I think that it already works that way, because it gives a warning but then it follows some users

Thanks for the report. How it currently works is it will scrape users, but it's possible it won't reach the desired amount per operation since it only uses one filter and that one filter might not have enough users as you said, so I will make a change so it keeps using different filters till it reached the desired amount.

Hey ! Still amazed how well the tool is functioning. From a pretty newbie point of view, I feel like something about your tool is very important but not clear enough. Being a non-native in English probably doesn't help.

''The Min Follow Ratio'' / ''The Max Follow Ratio''.
Very important because IMHO, if I follow an account with 100 followers and 1000 follows, I will always have a better luck to get back a follower. And less luck with someone with 500 followers and 100 follows for example.

However, the Ratios don't really make sense to me. I am using a Min Follow Ratio of 0 and a Max Ratio of 1.2 but I have kinda not much idea what it means. Could it be that if someone follows 1000 people and has 1199 followers, the bot will follow. While someone with 1000 follows and 1201 followers will not be followed by the bot?

Let's imagine that I want the bot to only follow users that follow at least 50% more than the people that follow them, what should be the ratio ?
Maybe there could be a way to make this clearer to the random customer that I am.

And would you agree with my observation ? Someone with 100 followers and 1000 follows is basically gold no ? There are a lot of accounts like that I believe.

not the OP, but you can calculate the 'ratio' by your number of followers divided by the number of people you follow, so you can calculate your desired ratio based on that equation.

As for the what the ideal follower looks like, thats completely up to you and your goals. I personally wouldn't want to target someone thats following any more than 1000 people, no matter the ratio, because they are less likely to engage in your posts since they'll be following so many people.

However, in my trials I've found that you're correct in that you're more likely to get a follow if an account already is following a ton of people. So if you're looking to increase follower count, then by all means target those accounts, but if you want to have great engagement on your posts (which i think is more important) look for active users with either a low 'followings' count, or a fairly even ratio of followers/followings.

Great answer. Thank you ! I think, knowing my objective (mainly to increase number of followers but with a fair engagement for my posts) I will try to stick between 0,25 and 1.5.

Edit : I see the Post Follow option has been added. Sounds great ! I will stick to amount of post to like ''1''.

Question : Doesn't the insta-liking all the last picture of the people you start to follow raise a lot the bad luck to be spotted/banned by Instagram ? Wouldn't it make sense to have an option to like the last picture of the people you start following to a certain %, to look more natural to Insagram? (For example, I want pictures to be liked in 55% of the cases)
