i keep getting 'too much request error" and i love v0.0.14 more. This version follows maybe one or two then i get the too many request error

Hi,

It seems GMT2 doesn't look on the old posts on Instagram, isn't it?

I have choosed "the last days since last post = 60 days" but GMT2 said a lot of time: "Scraped 0 user", but the hastag I set have already thousands of posts.

Am I wrong? Maybe a conflict parameter I choosed?

Thanks.

Alright, templates can now be shared and downloaded between users. It's still in early stages so issues may occur. But feel free to try it out. I uploaded an example template and you can download it by just entering the 5 digit code: 4a84f into here.

This feature should help beginners who have no idea what settings to use.

Great stuff ! Thank you ! This is what I was waiting for to start using GMT2 :)
I have ticked ''Ignore Followers'' and ''Ignore External Followers'' in Extra Filters in the hope and understanding that none of the people I followed myself will be unfollowed. You might put ''GMT2'' in the Ignore External Followers explanation as GMT seem strange (time zone ?).

I will let you know my ''newbie'' experience in the days to come as for the efficiency of the settings you added. I am obviously expecting the settings given by the creator of GMT to be pretty safe regarding my account, don't want to be banned. Still understand 0% risk is impossible though.

Cheers !

Wow nice so how can we save our templates?

You can share your settings by clicking on the "Save Settings" button in the template manager (Saved locally). You can also share your setting by right clicking a template and select "Upload Template". The template will be uploaded to the server.

For now, all templates uploaded are public but in the future, the template will be bound to your account and you can choose to make it public/private.

GMT in that context stands for "GramMulti Tool" :p
If you have any ideas for other templates lmk. For now, I will be working on implementing liking and liking recent pictures of followed users (Which drastically increases the follow back rate.)

Also just randomly liking images of and followings followers will be implemented, so you actively stay engaged with your fans.

Hehe understood what GMT means but just thought GMT2 would make more sense. A very small detail anyway.

Indeed great if you can develop liking of the customers you recently liked. I have seen that customers whose last pictures I randomly liked followed me back with more efficiency.

2 things I noticed since finally starting using the bot with your settings :
- User Tracker: had a few people with ''Followed back'' status ''True'' in the beginning but no one for a few hours. Looks to me like it's not working any more.
- When I applied your settings, the unfollow Module was appearing as disabled. I thus enabled it but I am not sure, as a noob, if it is working or not. Looks like I did not unfollow anyone yet. And I can't seem to see where I can decide after how much time the people I followed are automatically unfollowed. (10 to 25 Minutes would seem like a VERY low amount of time to me but I guess that was something else)

Hope I make sense :)

Was about suggesting the "like"update but glad to see it's already planned by Jackson

Liking GMT2 so far
Just a few suggestions
- When uploading template have the option not to include your follow user scraping sources.
- Have group blacklists, so can have different accounts in same niche not following the same users.
- basic details like no of followers, following on main accounts window. indicate which modules are switched on.
- exporting tracked users to csv

Indeed working great ! With the recommended settings from JJJackson, I have +80 followers in the last 30 hours, which seems like a very good number to me.

- However, as I already wrote, I have no idea/understanding when the bot will start to unfollow people (to me, it is unclear in the Unfollow Settings).
- I do hopefully hope that the settings recommended are pretty safe regarding risks of being banned. The bot followed 600 people in the last 30 hours.

Last but not least, it would be great if GMT2 could keep running as an hidden icon. Looks like it has to stick to my taskbar, which I don't like too much.

Cheers :)

Actually just realized that the ''explanation'' is always ''Enable Module'', no matter if you are in enabled or disabled mode. I relaunched GMT2 and have seen that the Unfollow Module was ''Disabled'' again by default. Looks like something is strange to me there.

Not sure what you mean, but I check User Tracker and is seems to be working fine. Did you find users that followed back but the bot did not report on? The bot only check to see if users followed you back every 10 minutes, so it's possible it's no immediate

For the template you are using, the settings and limits are in safe margin. It's normal that unfollowing disabled. The template is setup so the bot will follow users till you reach a following of 2500. Once that number is reached following will be disabled and unfollowing will automatically be enabled and will start unfollowing users till your following reached 2000 and it will disable unfollowing and restart following. This process will repeat itself.

I like your suggestions but I am unsure what you mean with your third point. Currently, you can see your followers and followings on the summary page. You can also see how many follows and unfollows were performed in the last 24 hours.

Understood, thank you for your answer. I guess some users could not be understanding the way the (great!) template is working.
Will report again if I find anything shocking in the next days. And will definitely make a ''suggestions'' post in the next weeks. Cheers

So, I just reached the max number of people I can be following (2500) and was a bit curious to see what would happen then. I am a bit struggling to understand what should be happening here to be honest.

Is it ok to have unfollow / follow modules working at the same time ?
Or shall it be always only one of the two module working to stay in the ''safe zone'' ?

This is pretty unclear to me, even more since I believe the Template I downloaded from you was making the Unfollow Module appearing as ''disabled''.

Other than that, all is working great though. +300 followers in one week is fine for me.

The unfollow should start as soon as the follow limit you set for it is reached.

Yes, it is exactly what happened. But as I wrote, I am unsure if unfollow and follow should/can happen at the same time or if only one of the Modules should be active at the same time. To stay in the ''safe zone'' vs banning of IG.
