Facebook HTC Sense token posting - keep getting blocked.

Hi, i'm using HTC Sense fb app (the one with tokens etc) and i keep getting blocked by facebook.
Im using it to spam on facebook groups, i'm posting Twitter tweets.
Delay beetween a posts is 10 seconds - posting max on 10 groups per token.

What can i do to not get block!?

Im getting this error 10 minutes after posting - also account get banned with verifcation.

I'm changing IP for every token. 1 token = 1 IP.
I'm posting just some articles, i put them on Twitter then share this to fb groups via HTC Sense (fb app)
Its not CPA or something paid, just normal site.

You know which app is not blacklisted? (besides one who you make by yourself)

Avoid first part apps like android or ios.
Also avoid whitelisted third party apps like HTC

Go for token with instagram, pinterest, game tokens, anything like that which they cannot detect obvious spam activity.
