OP gave me a $10 credit to test this and here's my way overdue review:
I 've been using 5 services - FB likes, Pinterest likes and repins, twitter likes and retweets. All my orders so far have started within a few minutes and be delivered and over delivered within an hour. Randomly checked a few old orders and i can't see any major drops, maybe a few here and there but the vast majority of the signals do stick.
The only thing missing from this panel from SEO point of view is G+ signals but I haven't seen anyone to reliably deliver these so it ain't a big deal.
For the price - this is as good as it gets and this is my go-to panel as of right now. 10/10

I use the services often. Most Youtube and Facebook orders are completed within minutes, however, IG orders are all cancelled or delivered partial. Not really working at the moment. The chepear IG followers, when works, have a huge drop within hours. I lose almost 50% of followers within 1 day.
