I have GSA and Scrapebox. I know that GSA is generally used for building tier 2 and tier 3 but can the backlink resources scraped by Scrapebox be used for first-tier 1 backlinks? If not, where can I post tier 1 backlinks or where can I buy them? Thanks, guys
