No. The suggest options for everything except google are hard coded.

your need to do keyword research , there many online apps for this.

but also Amazon it self is the best place to see there best selling items .

Google webmaster tools for keyword research for AdWords is also a good place to compare products that are selling via the cpc
advertisers price for the item , if there heigh it a grate product and niche to go for.

any niche that a advertiser put there cash into are grate niches to do any marketing with.
