Now that Facebook is after ID's scrapers tools... should I delete the audiences I created with them before this witch hunt started? or can I still use them to target my post as long as I become part of those groups?

If I upload a bunch of UIDs of Facebook business pages as a custom audience, who ends up seeing the ads? All the page admins when they're using Facebook as the page, or will the ad also end up in their personal account? Anybody know? Thank you..
