So I got fed up with RUMERS and people posting INCORRECT information about Facebook Custom Audience campaigns, and so here is how you set up and what you need!
1. Will I be banned from Facebook by scraping ids or emails?
NO, Facebook will not ban you for scraping, I do advise to scrape using a DUMMY account! The worst that can happen to your account for scraping is a lock out for 24 hours, after which you can log back in. Vary RARE situation!
2. Will I be banned from Facebook for using custom audience in my campaigns?
NO, The only reason why some of you noobs get your account closed is because you advertise CRAP that is against FB TOS! Very easy to get around this, buy a domain that closely relates to your offer and do a 301 permanent with masking! Works every time

3. I thought Facebook removed the ability to upload ID? Now you need an AP ID?
YES, BUT instead of IDs we now upload @facebook.com emails which works the same exact way! You don't need any AP ID!

Step 1 - Uploading your Custom Audience:

Scrape your targeted audience using your favorite software, if you are scraping IDs don't forget to convert them to @facebook.com emails!
So here is the list of the 3 most important things you need to know and do when setting up your Facebook Ads!
1. Don't advertise Crap against Facebook TOS. I cannot stress enough that if you do, be prepared to get your account banned. Use a redirect or a masking from a 301. Or better yet create your own landing/sales page and send your visitors there.
2. Please use 6 ads in your ad set, this will help you see which of the ads converts better and you can make changes accordingly!
3. Run your campaign for a week, with $1 a day! WHY? This is for minimal loss of $$ and to see how well your ads convert! Make changes as necessary.
