clickbank adwords google

Does anyone know where i can get the proper legal disclaimers and policies needed to put on my landing page so that Adwords will accept my clickbank affiliate landing page?

Do you know of any software(free ones- preferably) thru which i can track/identify the email ids of people who bought from my Clickbank affiliate link.

Infact do they even have email support for affiliates? Where can i get it? Each time i contact them thru live chat, they respond the queries only if are a customer they have 0 respect for affiliates.

I am using paid traffic(Bing Ads) to capture email leads and i am paying close to $ 0.70-1 USD for email leads. ($ 0.3 USD is my CPC). I am getting 30-50% optin rates on my Landing Page. But the thing is that even after, spending so much money on getting subscribers, i get around 40-50% email...

Is it worth it go thru the pain of creating a whole new website for promoting my clickbank offer? Or will squeeze page(of 1 page) do the work to get the email opt-ins? If i am getting traffic thru adwords, Bing ads? Which way is the better way?
