YT Views & Partnering Questions [Advice/Tips needed]

So I'm trying to get a channel partnered w/ bbtv, If I upload videos [That wont get copyright striked or ID Tagged] & Bot everything up to there requirements will I get partnered? For those of you going to say ''Just do things the legit way'' This isn't going to be my personal channel or anything like that. Anyways so I plan on buying high retention views (Already have someone but if you wanna compete w/ prices and give me a test run I might consider) & of course subscribers, their requirements are 1k subs & 5k views in the last month. Now Im basically just looking for some tips etc on being sure I get partnered an all that, Also if anyone knows if networks bother to look at your traffic source if its under 301 (if not i might use addmefast for some views or whatever) Then that'd be nice too.
