I have been monitoring this for months, and many channels are using this method to gain thousands of subscribers. If YouTube was effectively preventing this, then why are these channels still growing without any issues?
Additionally, thousands of channels are using completely unrelated titles for their live streams to manipulate the system. They keep recycling the same content, yet they continue to appear in recommendations.
Meanwhile, I have been live streaming and creating original content, but I never engage in such practices. Despite my efforts, my channel has been in decline for the past four months. I have been a content creator for seven years, and I have never experienced such a drastic drop before.
At first, I thought my content had lost popularity, but I see other channels producing similar content without facing the same decline. My analytics show that my channel, which used to get 50K daily views, suddenly dropped to just 1K per day. Such an extreme drop cannot simply be due to a loss of interest in my content. I have experimented with different types of videos, including Shorts, but nothing seems to work. My live streams and regular videos are barely appearing in recommendations, and my impressions are significantly lower than before.
I have tried using Google Ads, created social media accounts, and brought traffic from other platforms, yet my channel continues to decline as if it has been blacklisted.
Now, I can’t even earn $1 a day from my channel, which has 920K subscribers and gained 100K subscribers in the past year through regular videos. It feels like I’ve reached a dead end.
The new algorithm seems to favor smaller channels, but at the same time, it has completely destroyed many larger ones. Content creators who have been doing this for years consider it their profession, especially since producing an animation video requires working 10 hours a day.
The lack of fairness and not receiving the rewards for my hard work is exhausting. YouTube could at least provide a $100 monthly bonus for long-time creators who remain active.
