Nothing, this account is a fake for promote his service but actually nobody can give YouTube Views, all provider are reseller and he can't do anything..

Why not try to get real views? Use facebook groups, twitter with hash tags and more places like that to increase your views. Talk with other people on youtube to do JV, so they can send you some subscribers and views etc. If you are willing to spend some money.. write some guest posts and submitted it into some websites to gain some more views or have some other YouTuber to promote your video for $$. Hope this helps
