YouTube Views Algorithm

I am basically looking for some experienced Software Developer/Engineer who knows a lot about coding and can create a script whichever will be useful and easy to execute on this project. This project is based on generating YouTube views by working with the current views algorithm, i am looking for someone who is passionate about making something like this. And who can even help me in future by updating the script whenever needed (due to any YouTube algorithm update).
