Youtube videos for leads

So I have a client who wants me to get them some leads for apartments which are currently under construction. I'm going to be using Facebook and have done some seo for the existing website. Just wondering do videos on Youtube do well to get leads?

They are apartments for sale at a discount because they are being constructed.

So, pre-construction condos, right?

Do they have a model unit built and completed? You could do a video tour...rank it but also use it within your FB marketing.

Construction started.

I could do a tour of the construction site, I don't know if that will get leads but could help lend some credibility.

I wouldn't do the construction site. Often times larger projects will build a model until offsite to use in order to get the pre construction sales rolling. Wasn't sure if they had done this. If it is just dirt and some beams then I wouldn't make a video...

If your doing videos, then make videos of the floor plan, blue prints of the place, then maybe get your self a virtual house creator software etc... and make a walk through video based on your blue prints ...

Show the neighborhood, the school and whats around it. Also point to any neighborhood reviews.

This will convert if you are sending targeted audience

Thanks for the tips, will create videos using the model(if they have one), floor plans, 3D renderings, e.t.c
