YOUTUBE VIDEO WITH 1.5m VIEWS - Help needed

Hi folks. I'm looking for some advice if possible as I'm a newbie to Adsense and Youtube. I've done quite a bit of reading on here about CPC, CTR, Adsense, CPA and CPD etc. but I think a few basic issues are preventing me from earning more.

I have a youtube channel and in particular a video that is getting between 9k-12k views per day and has 1.5m views. It's all natural traffic and is a 'funny video'.

I started with Adsense and despite what I've been reading, it seems my CPC is very low. I'm only getting 0.03 or 0.04 CPC but 3-4% CTR. I've had a few ideas about extending the revenue by having a relating Ebook for CPD purposes or a related landing page to bring people off YT and into another adsense site but I'm thinking there must be more I can do about the YT adsense and increasing the CPC.

I tried barring dating sites and a few adverts that are paying next to nothing, but it seems they are changing all the time and so rapidly that it's near impossible to control which adverts are appearing.

Will increasing Subscriptions help?
Anyone help in how to target the adsense a bit better than I am doing?

Not having any suggestions to your main question but I advise you to remove the information you revealed about your video IMMEDIATELY.

If it is that easy to be found based on the description you provided, it will be taken down from one of these guys on this forum really fast.

everything is competitive, you don't reveal your ace, thats what hes basically saying.

With that many views tho you should be able to make some money with clickbank, cpa or some shit

I've found 'funny vids' difficult to monetize. Unless you've branded yourself as a comedy channel, you're gonna have a hard time.

My tip is to look at others in that niche, and see how (assuming they are) they monetize this crowd.
