Just found an old youtube vid about fighting I posted years ago now has well over 10 million views. 89%+ male, got 3/4 of a million views last 30 days. Don't really want to sell it or put someone else's link on it as I've been meaning to learn about youtube marketing for a while.

What do you think the best way to monetize would be? I have a feeling it might have been ripped from someone else. Would this mean it's a bad idea to join youtube partner program (they emailed offering it)? Would they notice and delete it?

How about an URL in the description? A clickbank product? An email submit? A man related free trial CPA offer?

Any help or ideas are appreciated!

No ideas? What about content locking or a "Get a free iphone here" link?

Why don't you try any of your method and see if it works. Even if some one suggests you a method to monetize, there's no guarantee that it will work, because of different factors like type of traffic you get, nature of your video etc. So try one by one and stick to the successful method.

Well you could try linking to a Clickbank offer on self-defense. or affiliate link to some protein supplements.

Email submits etc wont work because they dont work globally, they only accept mostly US traffic but ur video must be getting traffic from all over.

If I join the partner program will they check if the vid is elsewhere on youtube first and delete it if it is?

Well he can use LP and geo target/redirect for different countrys
Bit imo email submits aren't way to go, its better to go with video related product/services

Well I've set up a domain redirecting directly to a related clickbank product with a decent gravity and an okay LP. There isn't much choice though. I'll let it run for a bit suspect a LP with a geotargeting script might be the way to go. I might try a protein/supplements affiliate program though.

Actually, I'm thinking content locking is the way to go. I've got CLP 2 so may as well give it a whirl.
