Youtube Ranking Problem - Please help !!!!!!!!

hey guys...

i would really really value your advice and help as i am just dazed as to why this is happening and kinda quite gutted - but not prepared to let this go and i know there is some way i can do this.

Right,

I read about ranking youtube videos and i was determined to make it happen

So

1) i made a video on social media - its a guy recommending a site - nice speech - nicely edited ( if it would help to see please PM me so i can send - im not sure if i am allowed to post links )
2) i tagged it with many tags including what i wanted it ranked for - Social Media
3) have given it approx about 40k+ high retention views - about 5 days ago
4) 200 + subscribers - about 5 days ago
5) some likes - about 5 days ago
6 )senuke blast with full monty - about 3 days ago - for keyword social media
7) drip fed social bookmarking for keyword social media - started 3 days ago - for 14 days
8) blog backlinks dripfed for - started 4 days ago - for 30 days


Now with all of that i really really thought i would be at page 1 and it would be sustained ( again page 1 of youtube NOT google )

what more can i do

can anyone plezzzzzz help

am i being too impatient ? do need to wait longer ? I cant even find the video on the first 15pages + for that keyword - i havent looked futher on.

If i filter search to new videos and highest views i can find it - but i need to rank it normally

its a goal which i need to reach and must for myself.

now i need some advice on what / how / why

might be to do with the age of the video not long enough to be indexed ? sumbit the video to the adoword keyword search so the google spiders scans it. Btw how did you drip feed it social bookmarking want to know how you did it.

sorry not meaning to sound dumb what do you mean "adoword keyword search so the google spiders scans it." - its on youtube so it should be indexed as its picked up when i change filters but on keyword social media i go page after page and cannot find it - surely with all of that i should nearly be there

about the bookmarking i used a fiverr gig.

IMO you are a bit impatient, you have to wait for more than 1 - 2 weeks to see the desired results. Moreover, you should also add some comments too.

keyword stuffing might be your issue...less keywords that are more targeted is what you might need. - you will need to reupload again most likely to try ranking again.

Give it time... Relax it will rank eventually!

Its a very densely populated niche.. You cant expect to be on page one instantly! Think about it, the people on page one most of them have done what you have done but better, so it will take time to beat them, try getting your video on twitter and getting genuine people re-tweeting it! That will help with ranking, at-least it did for me! Also cant stress enough how much retention, comments and likes help!

It's quite obvious what the issue is to me,

You sent the views, likes, comments subs etc before you had ANY backlinks or Social Bookmarks. Think about it, your video isn't shared on any website or social media network and it suddenly gets 40k+ views? That looks extremely unnatural.

Ideally you want to begin the process of backlinking and dripfeeding social bookmarks BEFORE sending views, likes, etc. I'm pretty sure this is your issue but I'm sure other people have good suggestions too.

Also I agree it may suck for you, but you may to to re-upload your video as it's rank may be hurt very badly.

In addition to what I posted above, make sure that the views, likes etc all come in on the same day and MAKE SURE the likes do not come in before the views and this has raised a flag with YouTube everytime in my experience, good luck bro!

i thought if sitting and searching through all the pages it shows 3 million videos on ' social media '

but when i get to page 26 my video is still not present but them there are no more pages and at the top it says
Page 26 of about 515 results

when before it had over 3 million

now im really lost

anyone know what is happening ?

Well the number of subscribers don't really matter for rankings.
Here are the stuff that really matter :
1) Retention views - 70-95% should be good.
2) Comments - How well you have kept your audience engaged.
3) Likes - Ratings are an important factor.
4) Social Signals - Shares and stuff.
5) Backlinks - Good quality do-folllow links.
6) Keyword, Description and Title optimization.

ive changed the description to make it flow and ive done the rest...now where is my video ??

Do some comments on other videos in the niche that will drive some traffic and also boost the ranking of your video

Maybe your video just got slapped by google.

Social bookmarking + senuke blast with only one keyword doesn't sound very natural. To be safe use max. 40% money keywords and for the rest of your links use naked url and LSI keywords, also throw in some generic keywords like "click here" to mix up a bit more.
