youtube not counting my traffic exchange views please help

i need help i can send 1m views with otohtis and hitleap and bithits4u and youtube wont count them as views

i see in the youtube analynics im getting 500 views with otohits and stuff but youtube is not counting them

i hide the referrar and set the view time to 80-95% of the video view length and still nothing
i tried 10 views per hour that seems to work but 10 views per hour X48 hours is not even close to 1000
i need help on how to get my otohit views to stick so someone out there please help
