How good are these sites for getting views that get counted, do they work for sites like youtube - is there anything that they work particularly well for?

i use otohits to get youtube views and about a month or so youtube updated there view policy and i guess otohit views dont count anymore can someone tell me how to bypass this so it makes otohit views count on youtube -please dont say to buy views -please dont say no one will tell me :)
