Youtube method help!!

Hi everyone! My channel has around 1k subscribers but I got almost all from an exchange platform and I'm literally getting no views. I have uploaded around 15 videos.
I want to ask if this has something to do with inactive subscribers or should I keep uploading videos. Or should I start a channel from scratch.
I'm very disappointed. Please help me. I'm not getting any views.

Exchange subscribers do one thing => Subscribe and unsubscribe. The only views you'll will get from this quality is your intro video on your channel.

It makes sense right? People subscribe to get points, they get no benefit after subscribing.

If I were you, I'd use the inflated subscriber count to appear as an authority in your niche.

For your videos to get attention:
Create high quality thumbnails
keyword researched rich title.

To get your initial 200-300 views use google passed proxies with a view bot.

Obviously those subcribers from exchange site have no help to your channel, they just the numbers. Keep uploading to attract your targeted audience and the views will come eventually.

And should I buy subscribers or just HR views?
 
stop doing stupid thing like that. success on YouTube takes a time. Starting with low keyword first.

My channel about slide show need 250 videos and a few month to get 500 views per day and I create video with low keyword.

But, as you may know, slide show channel really useless right now.
 
with youtube, it takes volume when you do not have any channel authority. If you have 200K+ budget, you perhaps can make your channel go semi viral from the get go, short of that, it is back on producing videos. For beginners quantity of the video greatly outweight the quality of the content.
 
Yes work on your tags, your keywords and your title try to promote it on your social media or buy some views that may kickstart your channel.
 
i would suggest create videos on trending topics with really catchy thumbnail preferably a girl with big bbs is must on thumbnail. even it dosen't have any relation to your niche. I have seen many channels doing this and once they gain enough subs they come on right track and start uploading vids they intended to. its just suggestion you need to figure what works
