I'm not selling it here, I just want to know how much would you pay for it if it works perfectly.
Depends on the amount of views that you make, but it cost between $100-$900 per month

What would be the retention then? Say for a 20-30 Minutes video?
I am suspect any panel could currently deliver HR views after last YT updates. So I am wondering what method are you using to deliver such views? A Bot?

How many views have you tested on your videos and for how long? It's real traffic and not proxies or fake accounts, right? Can the viewers be sent to monetized videos without causing problems? Any limits on watch time? What kind of volume can you handle?
If it's not the most efficient service (gotta set orders up manually and whatnot) and you have limited capicity but still wanna make a little bit of money, sell views for $10-$25 / 1K, depending on your costs and how much profit you need to make for it to be worth your time. If you have the best hr views service in the world, some people are looking for such a service and don't care what the price is (within reason of course).
If you have a method for high retention views which you can completely automate order processing for, with low costs, and you can handle high volume, there is no need to sell publicly. You can just have a private panel and sell to the top 5-10 reseller panels and they can handle the tens of thousands of individual customers while you just get to work with the top few and can focus on maintaining the service (instead of maintaining customer support). For most providors it's more profitable to spend time maintaining service quality and developing/launching new services instead of spending all day and night responding to support tickets
If you're gonna sell to the largest smm panels, you'll need to price at around $1-$3 / 1000 depending on the actual specifications and they'll list it retail on their sites with their standard mark-up.

The update which affected all SMM panels not to be able to deliver HR views. The update is not new though.
I have checked at least 10 different providers and non of them are able t deliver such views.. All views they are offering now have retention of 30s to 2 minutes.
That's the case for qqtube, claimsocialauthority, justanotherpanel and so on.
The other point is that IMO the views they are offering now, are not as effective as they used to be. I tested this just a few days ago on 3 different videos. The result was
disappointing.

There is, you simply don't know where to find it.
Set the price to make a profit. I would set it to $3 per thousand. But you know, you can change it at anytime, if you won't get enough attention.

The views I'm using has a average retention OF 60 minutes, mind to wait a few weeks, will share it with everyone after further tests.

Not sure I’d pay for any information...
Nothing more than $1 to be honest... high retention views are fundamental to growing a YT channel, but most people simply prefer the work being done for them (via SMM panel)
Can you provide evidence of which high retention views you are using?
