It depends on your goals! Having one niche per account can make it clearer and attract a specific audience. Mixing niches in one account can be trickier but offers more variety. What are you leaning towards?

Having a focused approach of one niche per account keeps you on the algo's good graces (for most parts). That's sort of why a lot Youtubers have a second channels or so just to post content that doesn't fit with their usual main channel format of content.
